  • Do I need a simcard or any connectivity subscription?

    No. From the moment you switch on the edgestation, you have connection with our satellite. No simcard swopping, no coverage issues. Everything included in the price.

  • Do I need specific software to use the Easypulse solution?

    No. All you need is a browser. The solution comes with the online dashboard included.

  • Are there any upfront cost involved for hardware of software?

    We believe that digitization should be as simple as subscribing to Spotify. Everything, also the hardware (HiberEasypulse edgestation) is included in the monthly subscription.

  • Where can I use the Easypulse that I ordered online in your shop?

    At this moment in time, the Easypulse Battery that is available for online purchase, can only be used in Europe. Don’t forget also that the Easypulse edgestation needs to be used outside, facing the sky.

  • Pricing and Taxes

    The subscription includes the use of the provided equipment during the period it is used, the transmission of the data packages to Mission Control, and other services as specified in the order.

    The subscription pricing is exclusive of taxes. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer 49 euro flat rate shipping within the EU, for 1 device. If you wish to order more at once, please contact us at sales@hiber.global.

  • Do I own the Equipment I receive?

    Hiber is the ownership of the equipment at all times.

    You will have to return all equipment to Hiber at the end of the Subscription, at your own expense. You will bear responsibility for all damage to or loss or theft of equipment from the time that the equipment is shipped by Hiber until the time that the equipment is received back by Hiber.

  • When can I start using the solution?

    Each Solution shall commence upon the notification by Hiber to the the Customer that equipment installation has been completed and the first data package has been successfully transmitted from the relevant end user assets and delivered to Mission Control. 

  • What if I decide to terminate the use of it / stop the subscription?

    Termination of the use of the solution includes stopping the subscription, and it must be communicated to Hiber immediately. Please see our return process for more information.

  • What about shipping?

    We ship the HiberEasypulse ‘battery powered’ device to countries in Europe. Once your payment is done, Hiber will take contact with you to schedule the delivery. We will share with you a tracking number.

  • How long does it take to process the order?

    Please allow 3 to 4 days for your order to be processed for shipment (upon stock availability).

  • What if the product is not working properly?

    Hiber makes sure his device is working before any shipment. The Customer is responsible for any equipment that has been damaged due to: accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence, alteration or storage in any manner that is inconsistent with Hiber’s recommended practises, use of components or parts not approved by Hiber, or theft. For any repairs requested for damage, Hiber will perform the necessary repairs at the customer’s expense. See also return policy for more details.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at XX with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • Return policy

    We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. See return process for more details.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at XX with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Return process

    To expedite the handling of your return, please ensure you take contact with our operations team: XXX. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return/exchange. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping back of the product. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
